Hello and welcome! You are in the right place if you want to learn more about my Girl Scout journey, and what led me to my passion for teaching self-defense strategies for girls and women. 

I started Girl Scouts when I was in kindergarten and have had the absolute pleasure of learning and growing with Troop 618, Sunrise Service Unit, Girl Scouts of Citrus Council of Florida through badges, journeys, camping, special programs, environmental projects, social projects, WAGGGS, and most of all friendships. These last 14 years have been life-changing and it was my honor to pursue and achieve the Gold Award, the highest award in Girl Scouts.
